I have been providing quality real estate services since 1983, and this achievement is a result of combining my expertise with as much education as possible, thereby making my services more valuable to my clients and customers.
I hold various memberships and real estate designations which exemplify my credentials. I am an active member in the National Association of Realtors and adhere to its strict code of ethics. I am also a member of the NAR International Section which enhances my ability to provide international services.
I have been awarded some of the most respected professional designations in Real Estate. These designations include the following:
- The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation is awarded by the National Association of Realtors through the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS designation is the nationally recognized symbol for residential sales excellence in the United States. To receive this honor, a Realtor must complete a series of specialized and detailed training courses as well as demonstrate a record of positive performance based on actual transaction history.
- The Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB) designation signifies a high degree of excellence and is awarded by the Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council to some of the most successful managers in the real estate industry. CRB’s must complete a rigorous and comprehensive training series and have proven management experience. The Real Estate Brokerage Managers Council states that the CRB designation is reserved for only the most dedicated, conscientious and highly skilled managers.
The Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation is awarded by the National Association of Realtors to real estate professionals that complete a broad curriculum of courses on international property, currency, and cultural topics. CIPS designees must also complete a number of international real estate transactions to complete their requirements. Along with the designation comes access to the CIPS worldwide network of seasoned international real estate professionals, which gives my clients access to property buyers and property listings in virtually any part of the world.
- Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation is awarded by the National Association of Realtors. The GRI is nationally recognized and considered to be the nation’s primary professional real estate designation. It is comparable to such designations as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). This award may only be earned after successfully completing an educational program that includes 92 hours of live course instruction by faculty with extensive experience in their area of expertise.
