How long is your guarantee good for?
My guarantee is a real Life Time Guarantee. The guarantee is good for as long as you live because the information in the book can provide you with a lifetime of savings.
Is your book one of those make money with real estate secrets book?
Not exactly. Although my book has valuable investing tips, it is not a manual on how to make money in real estate investing. All of my tips can be used when purchasing investment property, but my book is tailored for the individual who is primarily interested in buying their own home at the best price possible with the best terms.
Does your escrow worksheet cover everything in the escrow process?
Yes, it covers all the details and serves as your checklist for house closing tasks.
Is your house walk through checklist for an older home, or can it be used for a new home buying walk through inspection?
Both. The checklist covers items for both old homes as well as new construction homes.
Does your book cover the traps of home buying?
Absolutely. The first section of my book is called the dirty dozen, and includes the top 12 mistakes people make when buying a home.
Does your book cover the advantages between home buying vs apartment living?
No, the book is primarily for those people who have already decided it is best to buy. The only real advantage of renting over buying is mobility. If you are not going to be in an area for more than a year you almost always should rent. If you think you will be in an area for more than two years, it is usually best to buy. If you think you will only be living in an area for two to five years, buy a home that will make good rental property and rent it out after you move.
How up to date are your new home buying tips?
The book is up to date and kept current. Since it is an e-book it can be updated any time a new strategy or tip comes to light, or if one is no longer valid.
